Congratulations!  You have just downloaded the latest release of the
Digital Equipment Corporation ClientWORKS 2.91 kit for Alpha-based 
system. 

Before downloading this installation kit, you must first enable the 
FX!32 that has been factory-installed on your Alpha-based system.  To 
enable FX!32, click on the "FX!32 Read Me First" icon on the desktop of
your Alpha-based system, and follow the instructions.

To proceed with the installation, run the accompanying self-extracting 
.EXE file downloaded from here.  You will be prompted to specify the
destination folder of the extracted installation files.

To complete the installation, open the folder of the newly extracted 
installation files.  Be sure to read the README.TXT carefully.  Run 
the SETUP.EXE file, interact with the subsequent interface to full
completion.

Note that ClientWorks 2.91 for Alpha-based system itself (and its
installation) does not require EX!32 to run on your Aplpha-based system.
