The Pentium processor significantly accelerates the performance
of all existing PC operating and networking systems over today's
486 processors. And the Pentium processor is the platform for
future high-performance PC software, including Windows NT(TM).
In the applicationDEC 500xP, with 8 EISA slots, 8 drive bays, 
and room for 192 MB of RAM, the Pentium processor can drive 
any application from a high-end workstation to a distributed
processing system for 64 or more users. The system's modular
design makes it easy to upgrade and expand, and its tower 
footprint packs maximum capacity into minimum floor space.
