	BIOS Changes
		o Fixed: Under softbanner setup, if the user skips the first line
		  and just keys in the second line, the softbanner will be
		  ineffective.
		o Fixed: With keyboard controller V1.25, setting the
		  softbanner at setup will cause the flash rom to be destroyed.
		o Fixed: Warm boot in setup will cause the system to enter
		  setup automatically.
		o Clear Hot Key 2 - Hot Key 6
		o Changed the default value of "Diskette Access" in setup from
		  Supervisor to User.
		o Changed the 25MHz, PIO3 mode value from 22 to 31.
		o Added the value table of CMD_REG for 40MHz.

		  in setup, INT 19 will not show "Operating system not found" but 
		  some unreadable message.
		o Fixed the problem that when PM is disabled in setup, clicking the
		  "suspend" box in Win 95 will cause the system to hang.
		o In PM initialization, set sis_reg_66 from default value 05h to
		  e5h, sis_reg_67 from default value 21 to efh, let just IRQ 1, 3
		  4, 12 is enabled for System Event Timer reload.
		o Support the Mono. card to have the mono. monitor displayed
		  when set jumper 19 to "VGA disable".
		o Support IBM3270 card.
