32 bit disk access under windows for workgroups. Re-Install hint.

After doing a standard windows for workgroups install,
copy the ontrackw.386 file to the windows directory.

Note: OntrackW.386 is a copyrighted program which we cannot
      put on our public web site due to legal reasons.

      Ontrackw.386 is widely available.

Then go in windows, run sysedit and edit the system.ini file.


in [386Enh]  section add the below line 

device=ontrackw.386

in [386Enh] section change the device=*wdctrl line to:
; DEVICE=*WDCTRL

That's it, now just reboot windows, go into control panel
and make sure 32 bit disk and file access is enabled.
