    This release  of  DEC  FDDIcontroller  700  Firmware  contains the
    following functionality which is new from V1.2.

    1. Supports bootp commands at the system console.

    This release of  DEC  FDDIcontroller  700  Firmware  contains  the
    following bug fixes from V1.2.

        N/A

    The following are warnings  for the network manager to be aware of
    after installing DEC FDDIcontroller 700 Firmware V1.2

    1.  When installing into a system where the DEC FDDIcontroller 700
        is  not configured into the system, Firmware Revision V0.0  is
        returned.  This is  a  known Ultrix bug and should be ignored.
        Configuring the DECcontroller into the system  elleviates this
        anomoly.  This applies to Ultrix 4.1a ONLY.
