Title: DECbrouter90 "Show lat service" command explained.

Question:

        In the following topology, the PC's are able to access the lat services
        on dbr90-1's LAN with no problem, but when I issue a 'show lat 
        services' command on dbr90-2 none of the services are reported. The 
        same command on dbr90-1 shows the services.

        Is that the expected behavior? Where are the 'show lat...' commands
        documented?

Solution:

    The "SHOW LAT" commands are part of the protocol translation software,
    and are in the Protocol Translation Configuration and Reference guide,
    either CDROM or hardcopy. "Sho lat service" will only display lat
    services on the same LAN as the DECbrouter, i.e., LAT services that the
    DECbrouter might need to be concerned with translating to from tcp or
    X.29. From the P.T. Config & Reference for 10.2 (CDROM):

    translator. Note that your protocol translator´s own LAT
