NICWORKS is a local management tool for use with Ethernet network adapters
produced by Digital Equipment Corporation.  This release contains the
following directories:

     \alpha   NICWORKS for Windows NT Alpha V3.51 or greater
     \i386    NICWORKS for Windows NT Intel V3.51 or greater

To install NICWORKS, run the SETUP.BAT program from this directory.  The
installation program is fully self-directed, and takes less than a minute
to complete.
