TITLE:       Using Flash Loader/Status Information for Firmware upgrade

   PROBLEM:     When using Flash Loader I do not see any status when do
                a firmware upgrade.

   SOLUTION:    To view load status when using Flash Loader use one of the two
                procedures.

                -  Redirect to the VNswitch after load process has started.
                   Press the return key will indicate that the module is in
                   the load state.

                -  Another way is to use the bootp loader instead of the
                   ClearVision router. The bootp loader gives a status of the
                   module during the load process. To start the bootp loader
                   use windows explorer and find the clearvision folder. Open
                   it and find the comet folder, open this and find the bootp
                   file, double click to start it. Once this starts up a status
                   screen is shows the module status during the load process.
                   Then use flash loader to load the VNswitch module.
