COMPAQ OpenVMStm VAX Software Products Library - December 2001 AV-R5FBU-TE Welcome to this month's OpenVMS VAX Software Products Library Package. The December 2001 package includes the changes described in the following sections. New Packaging for the Software Products Library In our continuing effort to provide quality to our customers, the Software Products Library is now being delivered in a new, sturdier box. A separate removable folder is being provided for the Online Documentation Library documentation and CDs. This is being shipped in the Software Products Library box if you have ordered the combined binaries and documentation Library package, or it is being shipped separately if you have ordered only the Online Documentation Library. Please accept our gift of a CD Wallet for your use with the Software Products Library. We hope you are happy with these changes. ODL-PC Installation Information A new addition in the Online Documentation Library (ODL) release is the OpenVMS VAX Online Documentation Library for MS-Windows (ODL-PC). View the Readme.txt file in the top-level directory for important information before proceeding with the installation. 3. From the “Start” menu, select “Run…” and enter J:\Setup.exe, where J is the drive letter assigned to the ODL CD-ROM. 4. Respond to the setup program dialogs as desired and/or take the default responses by pressing . 5. After completion of the setup program, invoke the BNY from Start/Programs/Compaq ODL/BNU.
