the solotion is in the text you sent :
This feature can be disabled
with '/usr/sbin/rcmgr set SAVECORE_FLAGS M'. Once this
is done, execute '/sbin/init 3' to continue to multi-user.
Do exactly what it
says. It will enable going to multi-user
even if no space for saving the core dump.
