Hello osf-managers,
My question was:

Can someone tell me how to configure an Alpha 200 4/233 like a server
(without Screen, Keyboard and Mouse, just an alpha terminal on the serial port).
Your responses are:

set console serial (In the console firmware)
attach a serial terminal to the serial port (9600 baud, no parity.)
init (In the console firmware)
eventually rebuild a new kernel that doesn't include the keyboard, mouse, and graphics
interfaces
