Hello,
On OSF 3.2C, we are exporting filesystems with user quotas enabled and
established. On machines that are nfs mounting these filessystems (such
as a Solaris 2.3 system) and running rpc.rquotad (er... maybe I mean the
digital is running the rpc.rquotad) the quotas are only updated when a
quotacheck is done on the digital. Therefore, since the quotas are not
modified if the user is writing files from a host that is mounting the fs,
the quotas will also not be enforced! Am I missing some parameter? some
daemon? some patch? Or, should I just run quotacheck on the digital
frequently (not a good solution)?
