Looking for HP nroff formatter

Manager-guru's;

I would like to print some man pages on an HP LaserJet IIISi and HP
LaserJet 4m from a DEC Alpha running DU 3.2c. Does anyone have the HP
nroff formatters or Postscript nroff formatters.

Also, how do I set up the printcap to handle the Postscript filter. I
have tried the following but I just get the Postscript text.

        :if=/usr/lbin/hplaserpsof:\
        :lf=/usr/adm/lp1err:\
        :lp=:\
        :of=/usr/lbin/hplaserpsof:\
        :rm=puma:\
        :rp=mandel2:\
