The questions concerned the use of the OSI portion of Digital's DECNet/OSI
product; answers, provided by Matt Thomas of Digital, follow the restatement
of the questions:
1) What is the name of the device driver for xti connection-oriented network
services? [There is none -- direct access of "CONS" through xti is
    not supported.]
2) What is the address format used in xti routines for Network Service Access
Point (NSAP)? [Referred to doc for xti_osimakeaddr in the programmers
guide (which the developer who had asked the question of me had found
unclear); however, the software installation process for DECnet/OSI had
also created sample files in /usr/examples/xti -- which we hadn't noticed
    and which were useful.]
3) What is the address format used in xti routines for Transport Service
Access Point (TSAP) -- also commonly called TSEL? [Same as #2]
Matt's was the only response and was appreciated!
