Thank you to all who responded.
The fix was provided by bull_at_storm.simpson.edu. The file wrapper
had incorrect modes on it, and the incorrect owner. It needed to
be as follows:
-rwsrwx--x 1 root majordom 25161 Apr 17 16:48 wrapper*
All is working now. Thanks again!!
