I changed the MX record in my DNS to point to the system
that I want to serve as my mail host. After that I could
not send mail out through that host and mail coming with
just a domain (no specific host) bounced. The MX record
looks like this:
SPCC.COM.	IN	MX	0	DAGONET.SPCC.COM
While it was set like that I got the following error trying
to send SMTP mail through that host (and on receiving mail
to the domain):
While talking to spcc.com:
>>> HELO dagonet.spcc.com
<<< 553 Local configuration error, hostname not recognized as local
554 <mark_zander_at_spcc.com>... Service unavailable
What have I done wrong?
TIA!!
