help upgrading 8400 to DU 4.0.A

     HI Everyone:
     
     I need to upgrade to Firmware level 2.7 before upgrading the O.S. to
     D.U. 4.0.A (currently 3.2.G) on an ALPHA SERVER 8400, and wonder if
     anyone have done this already. How was the experience? Did you
     encounter any problems? What was your solution?
