Apache WEB Server - No Process????

Hello,

        Does anyone have the Apache WEB Server running with DU 4.0?

        I have a DEC Alpha 3000 axp with DU 4.0a.

        Whenever I try to startup the httpd daemon I dont even see the process running.

        Has anyone else ran into this problem.
