kernel memory fault

Hi managers,

these days i have a lot of trouble with one of my alphas:
  alphastation 255/233, DU V4.0A (Rev. 464)

Several times a day i got the folowing error:
 panic (cpu 0): kernel memory fault

crash-data files contains
  crash-data.7: trap: invalid memory ifetch access from kernel mode
  crash-data.8: trap: invalid memory read access from kernel mode
  crash-data.9: trap: invalid memory read access from kernel mode
  crash-data.10: trap: invalid memory read access from kernel mode
  crash-data.11: trap: invalid memory ifetch access from kernel mode

Is this a known bug or have I check the hardware (bad memory) ??
