Hello all!

We have a DEC Alpha 2100A running UNIX3.2G. We get this error pretty
often on our systems, which we get when we try to log in as rot on the
     console:

     TERMINAL ACCESS IS DISABLED

We can correct this error, by going in /dev directory and remove the
file :0. Once, we remove the :0 file, root can log in at the console
     fine.

My question is: How does the :0 file gets created? Can we avoid it's
     creation?

     Thanks in advance!
