Ultrix and DHCP

Hello everyone,

My question: Does Ultrix ver 4.5 support DHCP?
If not, does anyone know if it is possible to obtain the necessary
networking software for DHCP on Ultrix.

A general question: Which OS is better equiped to handle dhcp - NT or
OSF.
In terms of ease of use, I'm sure NT is better!
