SUMMARY: ? location of osf-usr-grp archives

my origional question was:

this should of read: july '96
i received a few corrections on this

Dave Sill (keeper of the archive) replied saying he didn't think anyone
was using this info, so was not updating it. He has now updated the
archives to the current date.
