SUMMARY: how to configure a de500-aa card?

for a de500-aa with device name 'ewb0' ...

at the console prompt ('>>>'), type this:
  
  set ewb0_mode Auto
the card will then negotiate both speed and duplex with the switch or hub.
(auto-negotiate is supported for DE500-AA, but not DE500-XA.)
ALSO
at the console prompt ('>>>'), type this:
  set ewb0_mode ?
this gives a list of the different options. with different mode strings, you
can setup full/half duplex, auto-negotiation, etc.
