Hai Admin,
We have a DEC600 Alpha machine having unix OSF1.
recently due to some unknown reasons , it is not
accepting login ( even root also!!!).
First of all, login screen itself is not coming.
if we try to login from a remote host it give the message
" Cannot obtain database information on this terminal"
Unable to sort this problem. Any clue to solve this.
There is absolutely no problem in booting!!!!!!!!!!!
