Managers,
I am seeing a problem when writing to NFS mounted filesystems.
  Client: Digital Unix 4.0b
  Server: IRIX 5.3
The files are truncated a bit. I illustrate the problem:
corvette rarback> mount
...
bajie:/yang on /yang type nfs (v3, rw, udp, hard, intr)
corvette rarback> ls -l test_nfs_write
-rw-r--r-- 1 rarback geocars 240860 Jul 29 16:05 test_nfs_write
                                  ^^^^^^
corvette rarback> cp test_nfs_write /yang/test
corvette rarback> ls -l /yang/test/test_nfs_write
-rw-r--r-- 1 rarback system 237568 Jul 29 15:58 /yang/test/test_nfs_write
                                  ^^^^^^
The problem does not appear with NFS servers running either IRIX 5.2 or IRIX
6.2.
Can anyone tell me what is going on?
Thanks.
