Can anyone help me ?
We are running Digital Unix 4.0B on an alphaserver 1000. We are running
CDE. Whenever I try to log in as root from an X workstation (or more
specifically a PC running Exceed) I get the message "root login refused on
this terminal"
I added the IP address of my PC in the /etc/securettys and even rebooted
the server to make sure that the config file was read, but the problem
persists.
Any Idea ? (We are NOT running C2 security)
