mkfdmn in advfs

OSF managers,

I have installed the following BASE products and AdvFS product layers
        1. OSFADVFSBIN350 SCP C INSTALL SUCCEEDED
        2. OSFADVFS350 SCP C INSTALL SUCCEEDED
        3. AFAADVANCED320 SCP C INSTALL SUCCEEDED
        4. AFAADVGUI320 SCP C INSTALL SUCCEEDED

I also have the license for ADVFS-UTILITIES active.

But when I create the filedomain in DU 3.2, I get the following
error message:

# mkfdmn /dev/rz1c usr_domain
mkfdmn: domain init error E_ADVFS_NOT_INSTALLED (-1108)
mkfdmn: can't create new domain 'usr_domain'
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Any ideas and suggestions. Thanks.
