turbochannel ethernet card... duplex?

Hi,
        Can anyone tell me whether the turbochannel ethernet cards that
comes with the systems are capable of duplex mode? I have 3000 300s, 600,
700s and would like to know if I could take advantage of the duplexing
feature on a network switch. Also, are there any ethernet cards for
turbochannel systems that could give me this feature.
