Dear managers:
I just received a 9 GB Quantum disk drive to install in our StorageWorks
cabinet Model 360-KB. I installed the drive in the cabinet, recycled
power and saw the power light go on the drive. We have two other drives
in this cabinet connected to an Alpha 3000/400 system. Anyways when I
looked at what devices (show devices at firmware) it did not recognize
the new drive. I rebooted and it did not recognize rz12.
My guess is that I need to set some kind of jumper or something. No
manual came with the disk drive.
