Greetings All,

I have a need to accept data from various vendors via ftp across the
Internet. I have the wu-ftp v2.4 daemon setup on my DUNIX V4.0d system.
   Everything works a-ok.

For security purposes I need to be able to provide a secure ftp transmission
pipe. We've discussed doing an AltaVista Tunnel with our various partners
or using pgp and encypting the files before the ftp session. Neither idea
   was wildly popular.

What are others doing to accept sensitive data via ftp across the Internet -
how do you address your security concerns?

   Thanks.
