Dear Gurus,
Running a 2100 server under DU 4.0B
My problem: I've used GIMP and CONVERT (from ImageMagick) successfully
for some time.
All of a sudden, both programs fail to run, obviously because of font
problems.
The messages fron CONVERT (postscript --> Gif translation) are rather
cryptic, but I understand that it can't find the necessary fonts:
> Error: /invalidfont in findfont
> Operand stack:
> (Helvetica) 53895 --nostringval-- (Helvetica)
> NimbusSanL-Regu Times-Roman NimbusRomNo9L-Regu
When I call the Text menu from Gimp, the message is:
"No fonts found. Text tool not available"
I've no idea of what could have happened and where I should fumble
(/usr/lib/X11/fonts seems to be OK). The only thing that I can think of
is that I have installed Wordperfect recently, but I can't see any
connection...
Can you help me?
