The question was regarding preventing a disk from spinning down and it
appears there are two solutions:
1. Use 'dxpower' to customize several energy saving preferences.
2. Modify /etc/sysconfigtab and add (with 'sysconfigdb') the following
entries in stanza-format:
pwrmgr:
cpu_slowdown=0
disk_spindown=0
