install patch kit 2 (DU V4.0D)

     hello everyone,
     
     For a qucick question...
     
     Do I need to deinstall & disable the patches kit #1 before I install
     patch kit #2 under Digital UNIX V4.0D? or I just install kit 2
     without doing anything with kit #1?
