Hello System Admins,
This answer is to install DECevent (also known as dia) 
since it is supposed to be the replacement for uerf, 
and uerf will someday disappear completely.  The uerf
program isn't as robust as DECevent and the ERROR ENTRIES
I mentioned may or may not mean something significant.
I'll wait to see how DECevent interprets the data.

As you can see above, I'm running DU v4.0B patch level 4.
This is an AlphaServer 2100 4/200 and I run Enhanced Security.
Does anyone know what this "CORRUPTED ERROR ENTRY" means?
Should I be concerned?  Thanks for your assistance.
