Sorry to post this here rather than the mysql mailing list, but I am
hoping to get better results...
I am trying to build mysql on Digital Unix 4.0E (4.0D gave same results)
but the build is giving me this make error:
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
/usr/bin/ld:
Unresolved:
_exit
The readme says ld is broken in 4.0D and 4.0E didn't fix the problem. I
have emailed mysqlbugs, but they don't know why it is not working.
I am sure there is more information that is needed from me, but I don't
know where to begin. If anybody can offer a suggestion, I would
appreciate it...
