"nmake" utility for Digital Unix ?

Greeting Folks,
        I was wondering if there is a "namke" utility for
        Digital Unix? I have searched a lot of places, there
        seems to be one for every other OS except for Digital Unix??
        
        I would be intreseted in any utility that would convert a
        "nmake" file to a standard "makefile" too?
