Managers,
I recently upgraded to DU V4.0D & NSR 4.4 & are using TZ877
jukeboxes. NSR immediately started having problems loading a 2nd
tape during a backup when the 1st tape filled up. I get "read open
error, Device busy" messages. I have found summaries in the archives
for this problem that mention upgrading the firmware in the TZ877's,
but none of them mentioned how or where to get the firmware. Compaq
support tells me that if they do the firmware upgrade I have to pay
for it even though I have a maintenance agreement. Can anyone help
me find the firmware & how to install it?
