I am trying to raise the amount of processes one user can open past the
400 limit. The reason is because oracle tends to spawn off hundreds of
processes at night when reports are being generated against it. I changed
maxuprc in kernel config file and upped the maxusers. But it still has
that 400 limit. What is the syntax of the kernel line to up this value?
