Dear Managers,
My question is a bit off topic but I've seen some mails where
Raid Array 3000s are mentioned.
We purchased a Raid Array 3000 accompanied by a NetUPS that
should serve as a backup battery for the write back cache. The
serial communication cable UPS <-> RA3000 is missing (therefore
the RA Controller is not working :-()
Could anyone please tell me the pin configuration of the cable.
Does anyone uses a different UPS to run the RA3000?
