Thanks to all those that responded. I found that there is an SRM manual
available at
http://ftp.digital.com/pub/Digital/info/semiconductor/literature/srmcons.pdf
However, it seems that it's difficult to come up with a comprehensive manual
on SRM commands, since some are machine-specific. As such, changes are
documented in the firmware release notes which are available at
ftp://ftp.digital.com/pub/Digital/Alpha/firmware/index.html
