Can DU4.0d support 1000Mb Ethernet?

Hi,all,

Now I met some problems in our network environment.
Our environment is:

1000Mb port +------------------+100Mb port
--------------|3Com Super StackII|----Win NT
(Full Duplex)+------------------+
                 | | 100Mb port (Half Duplex)
                 | |
               Du4.0d Du4.0d

Now if we put data from Du4.0d workstation, the rate is
4MB/s, if we get data from outside, the rate is only
60KB/s, why?
But if we use Win NT to get/put data, the rate both is
4MB/s.
What's wrong with our environment? If someone knows,
please help me.
