Believe it or not I have never had a console monitor die on me so
I don't know how to answer this.
Can I safely unplug the monitor from the server(A2100) without causing
the system to crash or do I need to shutdown and power down the server
first before unplugging it?
The console was sitting at the CDE login screen before it died.
