Greetings!
I have got a RAID Array with 180 GB space. The whole space is put into one
filesystem with group/user quota enabled. In the root of this filesystem
exist two files:
-rw-r----- 1 root operator 137438953472 Jun 26 23:05 quota.group
-rw-r----- 1 root operator 137438953472 Jul 5 17:46 quota.user
This is large, isn't it. Ok, this is not the problem. The problem is that
this filesystem is backed up every night. Therefor that these two files
are nearly as large as the filesystem is, the backup-system (ADSM) has
to store three times the size of the filesystem.
Is it normal that these files are so large? Do I have to configure that
ADSM system not to backup these files?
