Floating exception core ump while using vdump on a ESA12000

While backing up a large advfs file system(60+ GB)
using vdump, I got about a third of the way through
and it died with a Floating point exception coredump.

Hardware: GS60e w/ESA12000 (raid 0+1, 6 volumes of 4
drives, using 36GB drives)

Software: Tru64 4.0F w/ patch kit 2.
