When I try to build this software (version 3.22 & the beta version
3.23) the linker crashes with a bus error:-
Making all in client
cxx -pthread -O -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE
-D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -O3 -DDBUG_OFF -o mysql mysql.o readline.o
sql_string.o completion_hash.o ../readline/libreadline.a -lcurses
.libs/libmysqlclient.a -lm -lz -lm -lz
Fatal error in: /usr/lib/cmplrs/cc/ld Bus error
Has anyone got this to build successfully? This is using the Compaq c &
c++ (6.2) compilers.
Any advice appreciated!
