Installed new 5.1 on a couple of DS40's with 2GB mem. Copied Oracle CD to local disk, setup sysconfigtab and oracle account, rebuild kernel,cp new kernel to /vmunix, rebooted, installed Oracle.
Getting the following error:

5.1 doesn't seem to have or need dlm_disable_grptx. Don't get any hits if I do a sysconfig -q dlm|grep grptx
Rebuild cluster from scratch, reloaded Oracle about 5+ times. Using dba as the default Oracle group per Oracle.
I was able to get svrmgrl to start up once on Friday after playing with LD_LIBRARY_PATH and CLASS_PATH after a reboot, but attributed the success to moving the rebuilt kernel to /vmunix.
Oracle doesn't seem to be able to figure this one out. Seems like it has to do with the java command that dbassist executes.
I was able to get OPS running on 5.0a.
Didn't get any hits in Metalink or Tru64 list search.
