"df -k" and "du -k" differs from 200MB

Hello Guys
We have an AlphaServer 4100 with Compaq Tru64UNIX 4.0D+PK6.
Every time I try to check "/oracle" used space with
a "df -k" and compares with a "du -k", the result has a
difference of 200MB, I don't know why is this happening, look:
