la75 printer setup using 21 lines

I'm trying to configure a la75 to print 21 lines and them stop until I issue
another print request to the printer. At the present time the printer will
only print the 21 lines of text, but it advances the paper to a full page.
It doesn't stop after printing, it feeds the paper until a hole sheet is
passed. Following is the printcap file I'm using:

Is this something to do with the printer?
