Thanks to all.
It's easy. take a windows laptop, a serial cable, and com1 on an es40
and hook them up. then run hyperterminal and direct it to the PC's
COM1, start text capture. Bring down the ES40 to >>> and set the
console to 'serial'. Boot from the PC Terminal session. Every last
detail goes into Hyperterminal's Capture.txt file.
