The answer is I needed to get the "New Hardware Delivery kit for
V4.0F" from Compaq. It can be downloaded from
http://ftp.service.digital.com/public/unix/v4.0f/nh3d.tar.gz. With
directions at
http://ftp.support.compaq.com/public/unix/v4.0f/nhd3.README .
Suggestions for booting from genvmunix did not work. The
definitions for those cards were not there.
